Scholar Poly — Fixed Auditorium & Lecture Theatre Seating

Scholar Poly is a fixed commercial auditorium seat designed for lecture theatres,
education facilities, training rooms and performance venues. Engineered for long-term use,
it combines structural integrity with comfort and refined timber detailing.

The seat and back utilise high-density cold-moulded PU foam to maintain shape
and comfort over extended periods. The backrest density is approximately
55kg/m³ and the seat density is approximately 60kg/m³,
delivering reliable support without distortion over time.

Manufacturing & Quality Standards

Scholar Poly is manufactured in accordance with the national standard
GB/T3325-1995 – Metal Furniture General Technical Conditions.
The steel framework undergoes full surface treatment including pickling,
oil removal, phosphating and drying, followed by electrostatic powder coating
in matte black for long-term corrosion resistance.

All welding points are straight, reinforced and free from defects. Weld joints
are ground flush and level to ensure structural reliability and consistent finish.
Components are aligned vertically and horizontally to maintain precision
across full row installations.

Scholar Poly is suited to lecture theatres, university halls, training facilities,
council chambers and fixed auditorium environments where durability,
comfort and compliance matter.
