Hospitality Furniture Concepts → FORMLINE
Over the coming months, Hospitality Furniture Concepts will transition to
FORMLINE.
This change reflects the natural progression of the business. While our foundation was built in hospitality, our work today spans workplaces, airports, education, and large-scale public environments. These are spaces where furniture plays a key role in how people move, interact, and spend time.
As our scope has grown, it became clear that our name needed to better represent what we actually deliver.
Why the Change
This shift is driven by clarity, not capability.
Over time, the name
Hospitality Furniture Concepts no longer reflected how clients engage with us or the environments we now support. Our work has expanded into more complex, multi-use projects where performance, durability, and layout matter just as much as design.
FORMLINE better reflects how we think, how we work, and the long-term impact and relationships we build.
- Form represents the physical elements — furniture, materials, and built environments
- Line reflects the systems, planning, and structure that connect these elements across a space
Together, the name captures both the product and the thinking behind it.
What’s Not Changing
This is not a reset.
- The same team remains in place
- Our suppliers and manufacturing network stay the same
- Our approach to projects and delivery does not change
- All current relationships, warranties, and commitments continue as normal
The business you know stays exactly the same. The name now aligns with the way we already operate.
New Showroom Launch
This transition will coincide with the opening of our new, purpose-built showroom at:
550 City Road, South Melbourne VIC 3205
The new space is double the size of our previous showroom and set across two levels. It has been designed to better reflect how we present our products and how clients engage with them.
The showroom will feature our full range across:
- Hospitality environments
- Workplace and commercial offices
- Airport and transport spaces
- Shopping centres and public areas
It will also allow us to present solutions in a more structured way, from loose furniture through to integrated seating systems and large-scale layouts.
Looking Ahead
FORMLINE positions us more clearly for the next stage of growth.
As projects become larger and more complex, the focus is not just on supplying furniture, but on how spaces function — how people move through them, where they sit, how long they stay, and how different elements work together.
This evolution allows us to communicate that more directly.
Timeline
You will start to see the FORMLINE name roll out across our website, communications, and showroom over the coming months.
During this period, both names may appear as we transition. All contact details, operations, and services remain unchanged.
Moving Forward
We look forward to continuing to work with you under the FORMLINE name.
