Melbourne Quarter “Quarterhouse” | Hospitality Furniture Supply for Bar, Dining & Function Spaces
Project overview: Hospitality Furniture Concepts supplied commercial hospitality furniture for Quarterhouse at Melbourne Quarter. The venue required seating and tables that could transition between everyday dining service and larger function use, without compromising durability or visual consistency.
The brief focused on stackability, strength, refined finishes and a cohesive material palette suited to a premium Melbourne hospitality environment.

Function-ready hospitality seating
A key requirement was the ability to use the Coco Chair as a dedicated function chair. Its stackable design allows staff to quickly reset spaces for events, while its robust construction ensures it performs in high-traffic hospitality settings.
The natural ash timber finish was selected to introduce warmth and texture into the interior. The beauty of ash wood — with its subtle grain and tonal variation — adds character without overpowering the overall palette. This balance of durability and refined materiality suited the venue’s positioning within Melbourne Quarter.
Custom finishes and coordinated palette
The Villa by Colos range was specified in a custom grey powder coat, aligning with the interior colour direction while maintaining the resilience required for bar and dining areas. Powder-coated steel provides long-term performance, especially in venues with constant daily turnover.
Durable Zaneti products were also integrated into the scheme, reinforcing a consistent hospitality-grade standard across seating and table solutions. Zaneti’s commercial construction and tested finishes ensure reliability in both casual dining and function formats.
Together, these selections create a furniture package that supports daily service, private events and larger bookings without the need to compromise on comfort or durability.
