Project overview: ELLA Bar Grigliata Pasta is a vibrant hospitality venue centred around open-flame cooking, fresh pasta and social dining. The interior reflects the theatre of the grill, combining warm tones, expressive materials and confident detailing.
Design intent: Fretard Design developed a layered interior that balances intensity with comfort. Rich finishes, sculptural lighting and varied seating zones shape the guest journey from entry to bar to dining floor.
Spatial planning:

- Banquette seating along perimeter walls
- Flexible table layouts for group dining
- Material contrasts between polished surfaces and textured elements
The fit-out supports both quick dining and extended evening trade. Seating selections align with heavy commercial use, allowing for durability, cleanability and consistent presentation.
