Loti St Kilda (VIC)

Project overview: Loti St Kilda sits on The Esplanade at the Saint Moritz development, designed as a venue that shifts from a casual terrace drink to a cosy dinner setting as the day moves into night. We supported the fit-out with commercial hospitality furniture and custom manufacture, including outdoor booth seating built for high-use service and Melbourne weather exposure.

The interior concept uses soft, curving forms that shape key moments of the venue (including bar and banquette seating), while the outdoor zone keeps the “European terrace” feel with comfortable, social seating that works for long dwell times.
